Hello everybody, as many of you know, several funders took part in the Tranformap Launch workshop in Leipzig, One of them is John Fellows, who works for the Full Circle Foundation (the don't go public with their donations, nor do the condition their support), I got back to us confirming his interest in cooperation. Here is the information I have:

He continues in a letter to my group (Commons Strategies Group)

From the Degrowth community’s perspective we might be characterised as spiritual-ecological in orientation. The commons movement carries a lot of relevance to this mission, as explored in the writings of many people, including yourself and Heather Menzies. Most obvious is the natural-resource commons – green governance as you put it – and this is the aspect our founders have expressed some interest in, ..

They have a Global Sustainable Living programme: essentially about leadership and network building) And then he continues:

I did also pick up the impression that Transformap might value some small funding to allow the key people to get together, so perhaps we could either add that, or else consider that separately?

I surely don't want Commons Strategy Group to manage funding for Transformap, simply because we have NO institution to do so, but I suggest we - as transformap respond to John Fellows and suggest a way to cooperate. My (first) suggestion: - a meeting (like the one we did in München) to prepare the global mapping jam in March - support for several events on March 6 and 7 (as part of the map jam) - a follow up meeting (or whatever is needed) Anyway: I opened a card on Trello, https://trello.com/c/S0Ixl5jZ/101-funding-by-full-circle-foundation-via-j-fe...
