For those interested, I would like to see two meetings happening rather quickly.

The Funding circle meeting, aka meeting of the hamsters. The scope of this circle is on things related to money and resources (especially proposals). The Cooperating systems (also collaborative development - there is dissent regarding the name) circle, aka the meeting of the ants. The scope of this circle is on the communication (email verteiler, trello, website...) and working infrastructure (circle and more). As you see I propose to gather relevant links (pads, polls) on those pages. Indeed, the Discourse platform allows to pin topics so they appear on thop of the discussion category making it very easy to find all important links.
