Dear Dominik,

Thanks for your thoughts!

mpt to do is writing a project plan - correct?

Yes!

What is your opinion on working in trello - I'm not sure about this one.
Well I don't see us writing stuff in Trello. Would be good to keep on overview of who is doing what if enough of us are showing interest in contributing to writing up our project/process plan...

A number of thoughts
1) I would suggest to make the background and goals one general
section - not one for each main item - too much is shared.
OK

2) I would avoid too many documents - if we have a nice structure
within one document, we should be able to keep the overview
Given that we already have 12 items, I think working in a pad with so many items turn messy. but we can start in the pad and adapt as per our needs.

3) what exactly is the relation between goal/task/method - I would
drop one of the three - e.g. only talk about goal and task description
(which includes the method)
OK, that was just quick proposal

4) We should also think about milestones and products for each group -
and try to identify interdependencies
Yes, that should be something to do as well.

5) I agree that English would be good.
:)

I hope we can get this going! I have started to write user scenarios trying as a way to anticipate some questions and also making the project concrete in various situations: it may be particularly helpful while presenting the project to various audiences.

I made a mistake in the previous link it seems, here it is: http://pad.sinnwerkstatt.com/p/14mmm_structure

Herzliche Grüsse zum alles aus Frankreich!

Adrien
